Alliance Homes has joined the Tommy's Pregnancy Accreditation Programme!
Alliance Homes has been successful in gaining membership to the Tommy's Pregnancy Accreditation Programme. Tommy's are the leading maternal and fetal research organisation in the UK and to give every baby the best chance of being born healthy they work to fund medical research into the causes of premature birth, stillbirth and miscarriage.
Tommy's highly respected Pregnancy Accreditation Programme aims to ensure all pregnant employees stay healthy and recognises that a healthy pregnancy at the workplace is a team effort, so both employee and manager need to work together.
By demonstrating our commitment to pregnant women and ensuring a pregnancy friendly workplace we have joined a growing number of organisations who are part of the programme, reaching upwards of 300,000 women.
