Whats New at Alliance Homes

New Community Information Centre opened in Weston-super-Mare

A new community Information Centre was officially opened by John Penrose MP in September. The centre at St Andrews Parade in Weston will be run jointly by Alliance Homes, North Somerset Credit Union and Westonworks. The idea behind the project was to create a one-stop shop whch will offer advice on training, jobs, loans, rent, anti-social behaviour and more.

New Property Care service launched

On 1st August, Alliance Homes launched its new Property Care service. The new service went live to coincide with our name change. Based in Portishead, the 60 strong workforce includes skilled plumbers, carpenters and painters who have transferred over the previous service provider.

New Customer Service Team

As of 1st August 2011, Alliance Homes has a new Customer Service Team. The team of 4 plus a team leader answer all calls coming into to the main 03000 120 120 number and have quickly established themselves as a useful resource for tenants and colleagues.
